Excellent Stay, Spacious Rooms and Helpful Staff

My room included a balcony overlooking the pool. Hot water was readily available, and the WiFi worked without issues. The hotel staff were very helpful. They addressed all my requests quickly.
The hotel rooms appear somewhat outdated. I found only four electrical sockets available in my room. None of these sockets were located near the bed.

The hotel features a large swimming pool and its outdoor area presents a garden style design. I found it very attractive. The breakfast included a very diverse selection of items. It had many options.

The hotel is in a quiet area. It is away from the busiest streets. I noted chinatown is within walking distance from the hotel. This part of the city still shows a traditional style.

room size friendly staff
i was very happy with the size of the room and its cleanliness. the hotel location was convenient, near shopping and tourist spots. the staff was also very friendly and helpful. ample parking was available, a great bonus!

the family room had ample space for everyone. the room was kept very clean throughout my visit. i liked the size of the beds and the functional layout.

the pool was quite large and well kept, a big plus. the gym had enough equipment to get a decent workout with several treadmills. i found the lobby spacious and cute.

the breakfast selection offered a wide array of options. the food was AMAZING!!! the makado restaurant provided an really good experience, with delicious meals. i enjoyed the variety available.

the staff was very attentive and accommodating to our needs. siriwat, one of the bellboys, was especially helpful. the receptionists were kind and efficient, answering our questions quickly.

dirty bathtub lack of cleanliness
the staff was helpful, ready to assist with directions and requests.
The room itself needed some serious TLC. I found several hairs in the bathtub, a detail that was quite off-putting. it gave the impression that cleanliness wasn't a priority.

the staff was very helpful with directions. this was acceptable.
the room felt quite dated. the furniture had some wear and tear. the bathroom fixtures looked old. the air conditioning was very noisy, so it made sleeping difficult.

THE shower never worked properly. The water was either cold or hot, i could not adjust it. Staff were informed, but they never fixed it.
